Hungry Hippos is helping to sponsor a Uganda Trip that will put on a Uganda Kids Sports Camp for the children of Entebbe. They will be able to play their favorite sports and have a period of learning.

Hungry Hippos will also be sponsoring a youth soccer team there, Mongu FC!

MUNGU is simply this. A movement designed around giving underprivileged athletes across Africa a chance to continue playing their game at the top level, and making the world a better place in the meantime. With so much talent, and so little opportunity, it is important to go out to unreached areas to make change. MUNGU is working to create a soccer academy out in Uganda where we can recruit and scout top talent from around the area. This academy will be a place where these kids can grow in their sport, grow in God, grow in education, and grow in themselves. We want to help raise these young athletes up to make for a better working economy as well as get them professional contracts to play soccer across the world and keep growing the MUNGU movement as our mission gets spread to all peoples.
